Can you remove a car with flat tires or major damage?

How quickly can you pick up an unwanted car?
It depends on our schedule and your location. We give you a time when you book.

Can I sell a car without registration papers?
You need to show the car is yours. If the registration is lost, an Autoplan broker can replace it before the sale. See our pickup checklist.
Can I sell a vehicle that belongs to a deceased owner?
Yes, when the person selling has the legal authority to do so, such as the executor of the estate. Have the supporting documents ready.
Do I need to remove my licence plates before selling a car?
Yes. Take your plates off before the vehicle leaves. You can move them to your next vehicle or hand them in at an Autoplan broker.
Can I sell an uninsured vehicle?
Yes. A car does not need to be insured for us to tow it away.
What happens if a vehicle has an outstanding loan?
A vehicle with a loan or lien on it cannot be sold until that is cleared. Talk to your lender first, then contact us.

Do you dismantle machinery before removal?
